After picking up Taiko no Tatsujin for Switch with a couple of drum controllers, I was introduced to a sensitivity mod plate designed specifically for the HORI drum controller. This modification replaces the foam insert in the drum with a hard, solid insert designed to increase controller accuracy and bring back the feel of the drums found on Taiko arcade hardware. This mod is quite easy to install and in my opinion is a must-have for anyone playing with the HORI drum controller on the Switch!
