Driving Homeward to Niagara USA, after a long day delivering around the GTA. Listening intently to the CBC Radio 1 excellent programming, to keep me sane enroute. I have been driving this route for 26 years and have seen all sorts of mishaps on this godforesaken roadway. The traffic is constant, and full of ignorant drivers in a hurry, with practiced poor driving skills. I have been training my whole life for the reaction speeds necessary to keep me and fellow drivers alive in the case shown in this video. I am sure it was caused by one of the many JACKASSES looking at their fucking phones while driving. I believe the person was concentrating on their phone when they looked up only to find traffic stopping. They slammed on their brakes and swerved right, to avoid a collision. The rear wheels drifted out, causing the car to swerve across the center lane into mine. The center lane trucker blocking my initial view of this car coming, began to slow when he saw what was happening, giving me a millisecond of headsup. I caught glimpse only after the car lost control into my flight path. With amazing precision and reflexes, I was able to first, use my right turn signal to announce intent to shoulder, and then deftly steer Clifford, my big red truck, through the remaining narrow gap between the almost dead idiot and the hwy barrier. I'd like to thank my Father AND Mother for endowing me with the fast reflexes and driving skills needed to have survived these many years traversing the QEW, so full of goddamn selfish fucknut idiot drivers that makes my simple deliveries so long, exhausting and perilous. I woulda tuned 'er sumthin good!!!
