Will our legacy be that of good, unity, awakening and illumination, of true salvation or will our legacy be destruction, evil, darkness, hatred, apathy, waste and ruin? There is very quick movement attached to the chaos that is moving through our realm at the moment. Lots of busyness, lots of communication, information, momentum, lots going on at once. We must be mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically spry. Move with light steadiness, but without being impulsive or reactive. Be adaptable and decisive applying discernment and reason as we identify and heed divine guidance. Do not feel trapped or frozen or helpless or overwhelmed. This is an expectable trauma response to life on Earth at the moment. Instead, stay ahead of it. Have grounding practices, know yourself, recognize when a pattern has been triggered by reminding yourself to practice presence and awareness. Keep prayer practices and rituals that maintain and enrich your connection to God and your spirit. This is why it is so important to establish healthy and sustainable habits and schedules to follow that keep us on course when the brain fog is all too real or the malaise feels too heavy.
