Is This Norways Most Beautiful Lake?

Hiking to Blåisvatnet has long been on the list of things I wanted to do. I have also never been to Lyngsalpene, a mountain range that is home to some of the most spectacular mountains in Northern Norway. To get to the trail head of Blåisvatnet we drove from Tromsø to Breidvik and took a ferry over to Svensby and then drove a little while up to the trail head. Google maps led us to the wrong starting point so after hiking for 10 minutes we turned around and had to find the right place. I was just lucky and looked at the map again. From start to finish it took us about 3,5 hours. We enjoyed our time at the lake and took some pictures before heading down. The trip in itself is fairly easy and if you ever get the chance to go then I highly recommend it. Please take care to see if the weather is good and that it´s not covered in snow etc, I don´t want to be responsible for anyone hurting themselves.
