Testing Out FoxFarm KO KO BOP Coconut Coir Blend Soil

This is a quick look at the FoxFarm Ko Ko Bop Coconut Coir Blend which is sold in a 3 cu ft grow bag. I used it to grow a few things this season, with the most successful being this winter rye, which really did well. The soil is very fine and light, but didn't dry out as quickly as I expected. It has very good drainage and a lot of perlite. It's not organic and the bag is 49 pounds, so it's pretty awkward to move around.
