This piece is the third movement of the "Gunjo Suite." It is a cathartic composition for classical guitar, exploring the deepest emotions of Japanese aesthetics: "Mo no no a wa re" (the pathos of impermanence). The piece is structured entirely around continuous arpeggios, designed to create a soundscape where every single note is connected by one seamless, unbroken thread.
