Here’s to 420, it’s Past, Present and Future

420 - it started back in the ’70s with a group of Grateful Dead-loving highschool kids from California. The group, known as the Waldo’s would meet up every day at 4:20 to, you guessed it...smoke weed. Thanks to the star power of the Grateful Dead, “420” caught on. But despite the herbs' tumultuous history, April, 20th became an annual day of weed celebration. We’ve made incredible strides since then. Cannabis is now legal and decriminalized in many countries and governments are working to correct unjust cannabis-related charges dealt to many people of color. We still have a long way to go, but we’re making great progress. 420 this year is a little different. We may not be able to pass the dutchie, but we’re still celebrating and spreading cannabis love. A team of creators, TOQi is the fusion of cannabis and technology and we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of your solo 420 celebrations. Here’s to cannabis, to friends and to health.
