On Saturday, 14th June 2025, Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Belgium (MKA Belgium) organized a powerful and peaceful Tabligh campaign in the heart of Leuven, the capital of Flemish Brabant. Known globally for its prestigious KU Leuven University and vibrant international atmosphere, Leuven became the stage for a meaningful outreach event promoting peace, dialogue, and understanding. This campaign marked the third edition of MKA Belgium’s public “Ask Me Anything” Tabligh initiative, following successful events in Antwerp and Hasselt. Held at the iconic Molenpoortplein, directly in front of Leuven’s historic Gothic-style town hall, the campaign attracted attention from both locals and tourists alike. The goal of the event was clear: to invite the public to engage in open conversations about Islam and to introduce the peaceful teachings of the religion through direct human interaction. Khuddam volunteers held signs saying “I’m a Muslim, ask me anything”, creating a space for curiosity, respectful dialogue, and education. Many visitors stopped to ask sincere questions about Islam, Muslim beliefs, daily practices, the concept of Jihad, women in Islam, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa), and much more. In addition to face-to-face discussions, Islamic literature and pamphlets about the teachings of the Promised Messiah, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) and the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community were distributed. Khuddam also offered Dutch, French, and English booklets to ensure accessibility for a diverse audience. The reactions from the public were overwhelmingly positive. Some people expressed their gratitude for the campaign’s openness, while others admired the courage and clarity with which the Khuddam answered their questions. The campaign fostered a sense of mutual respect and community engagement, showing a real-life example of how dialogue can overcome misconceptions and bring hearts together. This initiative reflects the true spirit of Islam as a religion of peace, compassion, and truth. It also highlights the mission of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association in Belgium, which is dedicated to serving humanity, promoting spiritual values, and building bridges across communities.
