Phyllo dough pizza roll Ingredients: some sunflower oil 400 g (14 oz) peeled, cleaned and sliced mushrooms salt, black pepper Sauce: 2 eggs 200 g (7 oz) Greek yogurt 11 phyllo dough sheets, thawed (fillo dough) about 200 g (7 oz) ketchup - divide in 2 (100 g + 100 g) dried oregano 220 g (7.5 oz) ham slices, diced (150 g + 70 g) 300 g (10.5 oz) gouda cheese, grated (200 g + 100 g) Oil the baking pan. Heat some oil on medium heat. Add mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 7-10 minutes or until the liquid evaporates. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add Greek yogurt and mix well to combine. Arrange in this order: (Leave about 1 cm from the edge without filling) 3 phyllo dough sheets, about 100 g (3.5 oz) ketchup, dried oregano, 1 phyllo dough sheet, 150 g (5 oz) ham, 1 phyllo dough sheet, 200 g (7 oz) gouda cheese, 2 phyllo dough sheets, cooked mushrooms, 2 phyllo dough sheets, about 2/3 sauce, 2 phyllo dough sheets, about 100 g (3.5 oz) ketchup, dried oregano, 70 g (2.5 oz) ham, 100 g (3.5 oz) gouda cheese Roll the pastry nice and tight. Preheat oven (with fan) to 180 C (350 F). Place pizza roll in prepared baking pan with the seam of the roll facing down. Spread evenly the rest of the sauce on top.
