The Law of Karma is Always Fair After doing vipassana for a while, the mind will be exhausted. Then, we need to stop. Don’t force yourself to go on with vipassana. We need to stop and then practice samatha or calmness meditation for the mind to be energized. Then, we can cultivate wisdom further. If we practice a lot in this manner, not lazily or sporadically, if we can practice everyday as much as we can, we may be able to attain the Path and the Fruit in this lifetime. No need to wait for the next life. If we practice incorrectly or if we practice correctly but are lazy, we will not attain it any time soon; it’ll take a long time. The law of karma is always fair.
