This is an introduction to the Vivitar 200mm f/3.5 lens in PK mount. I used this lens wide open for tracking birds and getting pictures of birds in flight (BIF). Using this instead of the Panasonic 100-300 and 45-200 was a revelation, as with the m43 system it is not really feasible to track fast birds in flight, well not for me anyway, ymmv. Here is the Vivitar, a tacksharp lens easy to use for birding or other photography on m43, where it has the angle of view of an 400mm lens for ff sensors, wuite some reach in a package comparable in size to the 45-200mm pana lens.
