This is the Henry’s Guitars Fury FS-1 Fever: a new sub $1000 take on the iconic Super Strat electric guitar shape… with a few unique twists up its golden sleeves! ----- Get the Henry’s Fury here: https://www.henrysmusic.com/henry-s-f... ----- Henry’s have only been building guitars since 2023, but they’re already making waves in the music world. This Prague, Czech Republic-based company is closely connected to the Czech Music Center chain of stores, which almost makes Henry’s a house brand, but it’s a brand that’s really growing with its own distinct identity. Many of you will know Henry’s for their Snake and Space guitars – these affordable, factory reliced Strat and Tele-inspired designs are already winning the hearts of guitarists across Europe and beyond. But the Fury is another thing entirely. A Super Strat by nature, it reminds you visually a bit of a hot-rodded Stratocaster, but also of something like a Music Man Luke, while also very much being its own instrument. The semi-sparkly Gold finish (you can also get the Fury in Silver or Black) is one reason for this – it’s a stunning looking guitar in every way, and even more impressive in person. Read the spec sheet, though, and it almost seems too good to be true. For €899, you get a mahogany body, a roasted maple neck (with a matte nitro lacquer finish) and a rosewood board. The two Henry’s HC-8 Carbonado humbuckers are extremely high output, but both can be coil split down to single coil mode for tamer tones. The C-shaped neck features 22 jumbo stainless steel frets, a 25.5” scale length, and a 13.78” fingerboard radius, and there’s a bone nut and Henry’s locking tuners up at the top end. The guitar also comes with a Henry’s vintage tremolo vibrato bridge, and a wide range of accessories: strap locks, a strap, picks, an arm sleeve (for faster shredding, presumably!) and fret wraps. That’s a lot of guitar for the money, then… but just how good is the Fury? Can it match the legions of Charvel, Schecter, Jackson, ESP, Ibanez, Harley Benton, and other Super Strats at this competitive price point? It’s time to find out! In this video, I put the Fury to the test in as many different musical styles as I can, from country, folk and indie, to pop, rock, punk, metal, and more – let’s see how it handles it! Let me know your thoughts on the Fury in the comments. Henry's FURY Review Or Andy’s: • I Finally got to play Henry's Superstrat! My setup was as follows: I ran the Fury into my Hughes & Kettner Black Spirit 200 head, also using my Greer Lightspeed, Friedman BE-OD Deluxe and Revv G3 pedals for overdrive and heavy distortion sounds. The amp went from the Red Box DI straight into my Focusrite Scarlett 2i4, which went into Logic Pro X. That's it. No post-processing on the sounds was done. --- Get all this gear at Thomann: https://thmn.to/thocf/jkhog8l06m At Sweetwater: https://sweetwater.sjv.io/LXqdE0 --- Backing music from the YouTube Audio Library: Duck In The Alley – TrackTribe. #Henrys #HenrysMusic #HenrysGuitars #HenrysGuitar #SuperStrat #GoldGuitar #RichWordsMusic Note: certain links in the description are affiliate links.
