In the mean time, here is the Gluten Free, Low Histamine version of Korean green onion pancakes (파전) Makes two smaller (4-5in) pancakes ¼ cup tapioca flour 2 tbsp millet flour 2 tbsp brown rice flour ¼ tsp sea salt ¼ cup chopped green onions (green parts preferred) ~6 tbsp cold water (add a little more if batter feels too thick- u want it like a crepe consistency) Thank you guys so much for all the love & support !!! i’ve been having so much fun filming & editing!!
