Multinodular colloid Goiter | Adenomatous Goiter | Colloid cyst Isthmus: Normal in size A/P diameter 2.7 mm. Left Lobe: Normal in size (40.2 mm x 21.2 mm x 16.2 mm). Right Lobe: Normal in size ( 39.4mm x 17.5 mm x 17.4 mm). Both longitudinal and transverse image shows enlargement of the both lobe and isthmus Both gland shows hypoehoic parenchyma with diffuse, coarsened, parenchymal echotexture with multiple confluent hypoechoic and hyperechoic nodules. There are few colloid particles casting comet tail artifact Larger two measuring in th right side 2.26x1.38cm and in the left side 2.13x1.78cm. Doppler shows increase vascularity.
