You've seen the app. Now, see her in action. I asked My Friend Cayla a number of questions, some from the handout I received with the doll and others from the top of my head. I'll let you be the judge on how well she scored. That's why there is a bit of a pause between her speaking and me asking her a new question. Young children may have trouble waiting for the necklace to glow before asking their question. Another note- you have to speak clearly. I would not recommend getting this for a child with a speech impediment. Also, remember you need to have wifi for her to surf the kid safe web search. You'll also need bluetooth to make her talk. Without it, she's silent. My favorite response came after I asked her 'What is the TARDIS'. (I couldn't NOT toss a Doctor Who question in the lot!) An interesting note-- as she's paired to devices with bluetooth, she could double as a speaker. For example, if she's paired to a phone and you get a text, the notification will come out of Cayla, not your phone.
