Recorded on 5/19/23. After doing some mini golf with Lisa on a nice spring day, we took some time to revisit the Mamaroneck train station since Lisa has never heard about or been to the New Haven line of the Metro North Railroad. The New Haven line never disappoints. Especially during the rush hour. The New Haven Line is easily the busiest train line on the Metro North Railroad which makes sense because the New Haven Line is located on the Amtrak Northeast Corridor which is one of the busiest rail lines in America. We got some diesel train action while we were here as well as plenty of M8 EMU train action and some Amtrak trains. Mamaroneck Station never disappoints as the trains go through here pretty quickly. The highest speed on the New Haven line actually so this is a spot I recommend coming too if you don't get to spend much time on the Metro North Railroad or even a first visit if you railfan the Metro North Railroad.
