CU Billie Jean King walks onto court, followed by Mrs Ann Jones. LV Crowd applaud. SV Billie Jean King serves. GV General play then Billie Jean wins point with a forehand smash. SV Crowd applaud. LV Billie Jean serves from far end for match point. Mrs Jones returns into net and they walk to the net and shake hands. GV Crowd. CU Pan Miss Mary Ann Eisel and Nancy Richey come onto court with their captain. CU Pan Miss Ria Bentley and Miss Elizabeth Starkie walk on the court. SV Ball girl ready. GV As Nancy Richey serves from this end, their is a good rally and the Americans eventually win the point when the ball goes out. GV Crowd. GV Miss Starkey serves again from this end and the Americans win the match when one of the English girls sends the ball into the net.
