Designed by SimpsonHaugh, the project consists of four towers ranging from 39 to 60 storeys, spread across two sites totalling 2.2 acres. 📍 Towers Overview: Building D1: 183m (600 ft) Building D2 (Vista River Gardens): 169m (554 ft) Building C2: 146m (479 ft) Building C1: 119m (390 ft) Once completed in 2025, Vista River Gardens (D2) will stand as the joint second-tallest building in Greater Manchester, alongside the Beetham Tower. The full development will feature 1,950 apartments and is backed by a total investment of £535 million.
