How to survive the rush in Age of Empires Deathmatch

A short video highlighting the key facets to surviving the rush in the early deathmatch game. The majority of games are won and lost in the first 15 minutes, and this is because many players are not able to repel an initial rush, despite having many years experience in this game. Whilst there is a large focus on speed, doing the right things first in a game puts you ahead of many other players, and allows you to transition more effectively to mid and late game strategies. Hopefully this video helps new players to arm themselves with the tools they need to survive the early stages. I'm a decent but not amazing player, but these tips have always helped me in expert games (particularly the second tip regards to garrisoning) as the micro skills of my opponents improve and undefended villagers become easy targets.
