These buttery, bite-size cookies literally melt in your mouth! 🧈✨ They’re soft, crumbly, tender, and so quick and easy to make. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, these little cookies are sure to become your new favourite quick dessert. Ingredients: 150g/2/3 cup salted butter, room temperature (if you use unsalted butter just add ¼ tsp salt) ½ tsp vanilla extract 90g/3/4 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar) 2 eggs, room temperature 150g/ 1 cup plain flour 30g/ 3 tbsp sesame seeds/poppy seeds 30g/ approx. 3 tbsp dark chocolate/any nuts Bake in the oven (place the tray a little bit higher than the middle of the oven) 200C/400F for about 6-8 min.
