У 1996 р. відбулося два фестивалі "Terroraiser Fest": У першому взяли участь гурти BLACK MARY, HEARTWORK і FATAL EPITAPH з Вінниці, а також REJECTEE PARTY зі Львова, GRIM LAMENT з Тернополя і TEMPTATION з Рівного. Others were only session members. Khlyst and Stabaath (Igor and Olena (Elena) Naumchuk) are the owners of Propaganda and they are married. Lucifugum was formed in 1995 in Zhytomyr by poet-composer Khlyst and musicians Bal-a-Myth (guitar, bass) and Faunus (vocals). Faunus has left the band in 2001, and Bal-a-Myth died in his sleep on October 5, 2002. Albums ...Back to Chopped Down Roots and Sociopath: Philosophy Cynicism were recorded in 2003 by different session musicians who, however, didn't join the band (in an interview Khlyst stated that he doesn't know the name of the session vocalist on the latter album). In 2004, Khlyst has moved to another Ukrainian city - Mykolaiv - to continue the activity of Lucifugum and Propaganda, together with the local Black Metal musician Olena (later, Stabaath). Vector33 is the first album with Stabaath, where she recorded vocals, guitars, bass and keyboards. Since 2005, all lyrics are written by Khlyst, and music is composed by Stabaath and Khlyst. Faunus, in an interview for Moonlight Dominion zine, disputed Khlyst's supposed claim about writing all music and lyrics for all pre-2005 albums. However, according to all existing official sources, Khlyst had never stated this in the first place, only mentioning his participation in the general creative process. Stabaath has graduated from Mykolaiv musical school #1 in early 90's (piano class). Igor Naumchuk used to have close ties with Nokturnal Mortum, who dedicated their album, To the Gates of Blasphemous Fire, to him. Later, all relations have stopped due to ideological disagreements. Despite this, many people still consider these bands similar. According to Propaganda's web site (details relating to the Sublimessiah album), Khlyst has been performing vocals since 2014.
