In this final part of the trip. We find out that the Amarok is unfixable. I lost some of the footage I took. Im not exactly sure as to why so I will give a detailed description of what went wrong with the Amarok below. The trip ended with the 2 Cruisers making it to Walhalla. We found some crazy hard tracks, crossed some beautiful country, got plenty of bush pin stripes and destroyed 2 cars, but it was definantly worth it. Now for the Amarok. The drive belt started fraying and as it is steel ribbed, the steel and rubber started flicking around and because of a badly designed timing belt cover, the frayed bits of the drive belt ended up in the timing belt cover. This then made the timing belt jump couple teeth and destroyed the engine. This is a known problem with VW and Robby got a new engine under warranty.
