Guests ho ya special day – yeh mutton biryani recipe sabko pasand aayegi 🤍 👉 Like 👍 | Share 🔁 | Subscribe 🔔 👉 Apna feedback comments mein zaroor batayein 🧾 Ingredients For Mutton Marination Mutton – 1 kg Thick curd – 1 cup Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp Red chilli powder – 2 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Coriander powder – 2 tsp Garam masala – 1 tsp Biryani masala – 2 tsp Lemon juice – 2 tbsp Salt – as per taste Fried onions (birista) – ½ cup Mint leaves – ½ cup Coriander leaves – ½ cup Oil / ghee – 3 tbsp For Rice Basmati rice – 750 g (soaked 30 min) Water – as required Bay leaf – 2 Green cardamom – 4 Cloves – 6 Cinnamon – 2 inch Salt – as per taste For Dum Saffron – few strands (soaked in warm milk) Ghee – 2 tbsp Fried onions – ¼ cup 👩🍳 Recipe Method Step 1: Marination Ek bade bowl mein mutton aur saare marination ingredients daal kar achhi tarah mix karein. Cover karke minimum 2 hours (best overnight) ke liye marinate karein. Step 2: Rice boil karein Pani mein whole spices aur salt daal kar ubalein. Soaked rice daal kar 70% cooked hone tak pakayein. Pani drain kar dein. Step 3: Mutton cook karein Heavy bottom bartan mein marinated mutton daal kar medium flame par 10–12 minute pakayein jab tak mutton se oil release na ho. Thoda pani daal kar mutton 70–80% tender hone tak pakayein. Step 4: Dum lagayein Mutton ke upar rice ki layer dalein. Upar se saffron milk, ghee aur fried onions dalein. Dhakkan tight band karke pehle 5 min high flame, phir 20–25 min low flame par dum dein. Step 5: Serve Dum ke baad 10 minute rest dein, phir gently mix karein. 🍽️ Serve hot with raita, salan & salad
