My name is Ben Mayz, and If you know me from my last videos and are following me then you know I have and struggle severely with social anxiety and low social confidence. I decided, after a year or more that I am Going to log my journey in beating and overcoming this life debilitating thing we all call social anxiety. It's the single thing that runs my life as I am sure it does yours as well if you are anything like me. I know after my last video that I am not the only one out there that struggles with this and I know how difficult it can be. I have decided that I am going to do updates like this to not only keep track of how I am improving but also to help others out there that are also experiencing what I am going through. If you are out there, read this, and watch my videos let me know. It feels good to know other are out there going through this as well. I plan to log my journey into becoming as social confident as I possibly can as well as overcoming social anxiety. I will respond to every comment left on my videos at some point or another.
