Honda no cluster light. Multiplex problem

This 98-02 honda accord but problem on all model. The problem customer had was dash light still didnt come. When I open the cluster unit from it location I saw the jumper wire. BAD sign already. Pointed me to multiplex unit on the driver side or the 7.5 fuse will be blown or the multiplex blow out. I open the cluster to see if there any weld that was cracked or broken off or burn Mark's on the board. Checked they jumped the leads right because honda made upgrade to the system. After checking why the jump lead didnt work I tested all the wires and the ground was hot. So I looked at the diagram and the multiplex also control many thing with the ground.. and it has to do with the transmission control unit. Windows and etc. This why car shift hard when you engage the gears. So remember ppl positive and negative never think It just positive side only. This why we tech refuse to jump as a cheap fix.. junk yard is cheap and this a simple parts swap. To fix the problem or you will have things go wrong and you drapping money on cheap fix when things blow it because there was a problem.. find the problem and make sure it not the negative that need help. light test or a multimeter to check.. simple check and toke me 15min to find the root cause of many of this car problem.. fix thing right the jump cause other problem like shift lag on it shift point or just wont drive. That one 7.5 fuse control lot of thing. This just the hot side but there a ground side also.. this Honda problem because of old age or shorts along the system. Low end scanner wont tell you transmission codes. Abs codes air bag codes just basic generic engine codes. I seen many of this where the ground side hot.. this why I made this video.. cheap parts used. I dont know who else had/have this problem. Basic testing help you find where and what to look for just dont jump thing because you saw it on youtube and you think this the root of your problem. Negative leads also blow out.. check fuse that there non blown on all side that relays work also then go deep. Nope this help other with this problem..
