HISTORY OF TALLINN! TALES OF REVAL BATTLE SCENE - MAKING A MOVIE, VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE MEDIEVAL AGES!

A little different to our usual travel vlogs, in this video we head just outside of Tallinn and over to a Viking Village for a day of filming a medieval battle scene for the Tallinn Tourist information centre! We have loved being part of this during our time living in Tallinn throughout the global pandemic and can’t wait to see the final movie! For now we’re sharing with you the behind the scenes footage of the main battle scene! It was a long and tiring but super fun day. In this video the Viking Village is being used as the set for a medieval movie shoot continuing on from the previous video’s where we filmed the first scenes for the Tales of Reval tourist information movie over at Olde Hansa:    • STARRING IN A MEDIEVAL MOVIE IN TALLINN ES...   and Pirita Convent:    • SUMMER IN TALLINN! Cinematic Tour of Pirit...   (four part mini acting series based around Tallinn) Making History for all to see and learn about Tallinn! The full and final movie will be the story of Reval (Tallinn’s former name). Tales of Reval is a tour you can take around the city everyday in Tallinn that starts from the Tourist information centre in the Old Town, but now the story will also be shown as a movie on their website - a virtual tour for those who can’t be here in person! The bunnies at the start of the video are so adorable (we almost lost Kirsty to them for the day!) The viking village is a great place to visit, there’s a lovely restaurant and beautiful scenery and animals everywhere. You can go out on the river in a wooden canoe boat or wander around the grounds and learn about viking lifestyles!
