The estate is populated by roe deer, fallow deer, wild boar, porcupines and foxes that live in their ideal habitat surrounded by pines, holm oaks and corks. Crossing the woodlands, it is not unusual to encounter packs of fellow deer that graze on the beach. Finally, we reach one of the most beautiful beaches of the entire Maremma region, called "the beach of the fallow deer"; a kilometer of coastline untouched by crystal clear waters, within the Maremma Natural Park, where it is possible to live in close contact with nature. Only few meters far from the beach, there is an accomodation, built in the XVIIIth century and currently transformed into 5 apartments for a total of about 1500sqm.
