Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Justin and Hailey Bieber’s nearly $26 million dollar mansion! Justin Bieber’s nearly $26 million dollar mansion is located in Los Angeles County, California. For the safety and privacy of Justin as well as the rest of his friends and family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect his privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time. The $26 million dollar mansion is set on roughly 2.5 acres of land in a gorgeous gated community. The home was built in 1988 and has seen renovations over the years to the home you see today. Justin and Hailey purchased the home in August of 2020 for $25.8 million dollars. It’s the perfect new home for them to start a family in all while still being in the heart of everything LA has to offer. Luckily for Justin the home only has a tax assessed value at around $18.7 million dollars so he can expect to pay about $226,000 per year in property taxes. As well he can expect to pay roughly $110,000 per year in homeowners insurance. And on top of all of that he will have to factor in the annual HOA fee of about $35,000. So at a bare minimum just to step foot inside Justin and Hailey are looking at about $371,000 per year in home ownership costs and that doesn’t even include all the extras like a landscaper and a cleaning service. But nonetheless I don’t think any of these home costs will even scratch the surface of Justin and Hailey’s bank account. The home is a 7 bedroom and 10 bathroom with 11,145 square feet of living space breaking down to about $2,315 per square foot. Diving in through the front door you enter into the foyer with the stairs to the second floor on the right and a sitting room off to the left. As you make your way under the upstairs balcony there is the perfect spot for a grand piano that Justin can use to serenade Hailey with his love songs. The left is another sitting room perfect for a pool table and pocket sliding glass doors to the backyard. Over on the right side of the home is the formal dining room. As well you will find the home theater that Justin can use to watch all his old music videos. Deeper into the home is where you will find the kitchen which comes with white cabinets and dark stone countertops as well as top of the line appliances. There is a small living room off the kitchen which is a pretty nice place to relax after a long day. Stepping out into the gorgeous backyard you will see why this home is worth so much. The backyard comes with a large patio that surrounds the pool and hot tub and has plenty of space to soak up so sun. Off the patio is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven which alone would make me want to buy this house. The backyard also offers plenty of grass space if you want to throw a party for the Hollywood elite. And finally there is a tennis court that can also be used for basketball at the edge of the property. And I forgot to mention the gorgeous view of the hills and neighboring mega mansions. But at the end of the day the price of the home is rooted solely in the location and exclusivity of the property. Stepping back inside and up the stairs to the second floor is where you will find the bedrooms including the master. Justin and Hailey’s master comes with a sitting area separate from the main bedroom with doors that lead to the outside balcony. The bedroom has a bed facing the backyard also with doors to their own private balcony. In the master bathroom there is a large soaking tub and a glass walk-in shower with room for at least two people. The master closet is pretty big but seeing as how Hailey is a model and Justin’s a pop star it may not be enough room for all of their clothes.
