The Lake Gunn Nature Walk also starts here, or explore nearby short walks. Cascade Creek DOC Campsite is a large sheltered campsite suitable for larger vehicles. There are many different areas to park on and call your own, and a large turning bay is at the end of the gravel road. There are trees and a shelter, with a picnic table, fire pits and a toilet. This place is great for fishing, swimming, BBQ, and walking. The Lake Gunn Nature Walk starts from here. It is a flat, easy, 45 min return walk from the campsite to the edge of Lake Gunn.
