Put bead on hook 2. Add 4-5 turns lead 3. Tie in thread, make a jam knot & trim excess 4. Create taper from lead with thread, wrap to barb 5. Tie in floss 6. Tie in flash 7. Tie in tippet 8. Create dubbing noodle, wrap to form tapered body 9. Rib with flash, tie off behind bead 10. Counterwrap with tippet, tie off behind bead 11. Trim excess flash and tippet 12. Prepare CDC feather, tie in 13. Wrap CDC 1.5-2x, tie in, trim stem 14. Create hotspot collar with thread 15. 4-5 turn whip finish 16.
