I was somewhat disappointed the international version gimped all the chests in the Barheim passage, took away the ribbon spawn, early game Zodiac spear, etc so I decided to take up this Seitengrat just for fun. Instructions: -Have the diamond armlet equipped. Go to any aerodrome. Board the skyferry and fly anywhere. -Once on the skyferry go to the door that leads to the Air Deck, the upper part of the ship. -Go through the door and quicksave. -Go up and check to see if the chest has spawned. There's a 1% chance. If it hasn't, quickload, go through the door back inside, and back out through the door again to enter the Air Deck, and quicksave again. -Repeat this process until the chest appears. Once the chest appears, quicksave in front of the chest. -There's a 1% chance of getting the Seitengrat on any given try. Open the chest. If it does not contain a Seitengrat, quickload. Wait 5 seconds or so and quicksave. -Repeat this process, quicksaving, waiting 5 seconds, opening chest, and quickloading if you do not get the Seitengrat, until you get the seitengrat. This whole process could take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on your luck. It never took me 100 trys to get the chest to appear (a good 30-50 or so) or 100 tries to get the Seitengrat. Your results may vary. I was hoping to have more footage of entering/exiting the door, but I happen to find the chest quickly after starting the fraps video over. Most of the video was me attempting to get the Seitengrat from the chest. Skip to 6 minutes to see the conclusion. If you're wondering, at the end of the video I got it and reloaded on accident. I thought I'd have to start the video over but it appeared again due to it being nearly the right moment.
