Although a play a lot of organ music genres, I think this is me at my very best. Playing a abstract piece of gentle tranquility. This cosmic composition let you travel along the stars. A mysterious sound scape. Like the title says, a Mystic Vision. The piece changes measure about every bar, 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4. The composer explicited advised not to take the tempo to serious. So no analysing, just go with the flow. I hope you like this 5 minutes of flying thru the universe. (I have no tremulant engaged, all you hear is natural resonance from the chords). The composer, born in 1917, is still living. I found just two pieces from him on YouTube, not including this one. After WWII Vezzoni began his career as a school teacher and resumed his activity as an organist in Gavardo which began in 1935 and then remained uninterrupted from 1945 until the early 2000s. From 1964 he began to publish his first compositions coming from a substantially self-taught experience with the support and advice in the first years of study by Nestore Baronchelli. (I already published pieces from Nestore and his brother!) Played with the 2010 Mascioni organ from the church of San Giovanni Evangelista in Alessandria, Italy (Hauptwerk) There is still one sample set missing on my channel, a Wonder Morton Theatre organ.
