He and his family return to his hometown where everybody hates him because of what Father of son of Frankenstein did with the whole bringing to life a horrible monster that killed people and all that. But when his father’s old grave robber buddy Ygor shows up and reveals that The Monster is somehow still alive in a hidden room within the old laboratory, Son of Frankenstein gets to work bringing back his long lost brother, cuz you know, they both have the same father technically, get it? They’re both the Sons of Frankenstein. Ygor, however, the other horrible monster of Dr. Frankenstein’s making, has plans of his own, using the monster to get revenge on the townspeople that previously tried to hang him. The village reassembles the old tried and true pitchfork and torch mob and take to the streets in violent protest.
