Video Footage: Isco Ultrastar MC 65mm Projection Lens Adapted to EOS With Anamorphic Cutout & Tieffen ND Filter The little lens is beautiful. Is one of my favourite lenses that i have. Since the helicoid is long it can be focussed from very close on macro level to a bit over infinity. As effect from over infinity focusing to infinity is a feature that i like as well. Since the lens doesn't have aperture blades i added a variable ND Filter witch rotate when i rotate the front barrel obtained from a wide lens adapter. The glass from the adapter i used in another helicoid to make a variable focuser for one of my real anamorphic lenses. (I will present it later in a future video). Not easy to explain how i managed to fix the Isco lens without taking it apart but with patience and parts & rings that i had i managed to do it. The footage is taken with a Blackmagic Pocket 4K camera, a speed booster that is Viltrox or Metabones...not sure but i guess was the Metabones T Cine Speed Booster ULTRA 0.71X ISO 160 and closed the ND for the exposure. Resolution 4K DCI and added a bit of crop for more anamorphic look. Inside the lens before the ND Filter i have an anamorphic cutout without wire. ----------- If this made your life better please consider helping out back. Thank you for your support!
