Curtis has Cerebral Palsy. So when he decided to roll from his home in Michigan to Washington D. C., it was no small feat. Curtis was doing it in memory of his father. His father had been an alcoholic. He attributed his recovery to cannabis. It was his father's hope to one day see cannabis legalized so that everyone who needs it would have access. Years later, Curtis has taken up the family mission. His hope is that his activism will attract the attention of our President and provoke him to take action on our behalf. We're CPN Institute.
