In this episode of the “Expert Series”, Daniël Strijbos talks about the importance of collaboration between physicians, employers and patients in coming up with successful “Back At Work After Surgery” protocols that suit an individual patient's needs. He also addresses current challenges in assessments for #orthopaedicsurgeries as well as the gaps in intervention before and after surgery. Daniël is a PhD Candidate and #Physiotherapist at Nij Smellinghe Hospital, Drachten & Amsterdam UMC. He is currently working on developing a protocol for ‘Back At Work After Surgery’.
