How To Clip A Puffers Teeth.

When it comes to cutting a puffers fish teeth it can be nerve racking and clipping the puffers teeth can be stressful for the puffer. With this puffer fish though we had some problems. As the puffers we took into the fish room (TANK ROOM) were rescues this puffer in particular was in real bad shape and extremely underweight meaning I was worried about the stress of the treatment and his ability to come back round once the fish was sedated from the clove oil. We were in a position where the puffer fish's teeth needed trimming or he was't going to last long due to starvation or malnutrition. The video will show you what you need to cut the puffers teeth, the process and how to actually cut them and how to safely sedate the fish in order for him them to come back round from sedation.
