Cheesy Beef Macaroni (Goulash) Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Olive oil 3 tbs -Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms -Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded) -Tomato paste 1 tbs -Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs -Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions) -Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required -Fresh basil leaves chopped Directions: -In pot,add olive oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color. -Add onion,garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes. -Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and mix well. -Add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. -Add tomato paste,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce and mix well. -Add water,mix well and bring it to boil. -Add fresh basil leaves and mix. -Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes. -Add boiled elbow macaroni and give it a good mix. -Add cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes). Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Olive oil 3 tbs -Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms -Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded) -Tomato paste 1 tbs -Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs -Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions) -Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required -Fresh basil leaves chopped Directions: -Pot mein olive oil aur beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pyaz aur lehsan paste dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein. -Lal mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Grinded tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Tomato paste,worcestershire sauce aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein. -Fresh basil leaves dal ker mix ker lein. -Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein. -Boiled elbow macaroni shamil karein aur mix ker lein. -Cheddar cheese aur fresh basil leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
