POV Trail Ride | A Calm Day Riding, Grooming & Caring for My Horse

This is a full trail ride from start to finish — the quiet moments before we head out, grooming and feeding, riding through the trails, and our routine once we’re back home. I filmed this ride last fall and wanted to share it as a complete, unedited experience of being out with a horse — not just the riding, but everything around it too. Parts of the ride were filmed with the Insta360, and you’ll notice that the canter sections get a bit wobbly. I’m still figuring out the best setup for smoother footage, so if you have tips or experience filming horseback with a 360 camera, I’d love your advice. Toward the end of the ride, you’ll also see a small (very polite) disagreement between my horse and me — she was ready to head home, and I had other plans to stop by the water trough first. Moments like these are part of riding, and I like leaving them in rather than editing everything to look perfect.
