UW-Whitewater Symphonic Wind Ensemble Dr. Glenn Hayes, director Dr. Carson King-Fournier, trombone Recorded live on May 4th, 2025 in the Young at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Symphonic Wind Ensemble is a flagship performing ensemble at UW-W. Under the baton of Dr. Glenn Hayes, SWE has performed across the United States and Europe, including Germany, Poland, England, and multiple tours of Carnegie Hall. Dr. Carson King-Fournier has served as the Assistant Professor of Trombone at UW-W since 2024. He holds degrees from The Juilliard School, Northwestern University, and the University of Minnesota and has served on the faculties of Louisiana State University, College of Saint Benedict & Saint John's University, Augsburg University, Carleton College, and Macalester College. Carson is an in-demand performer and regularly plays with the Minnesota Orchestra, Milwaukee Symphony, and Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra among others. Dr. King-Fournier is a Bach trombone artist.
