My method for painting the USMC MARPAT Digital Woodland camouflage pattern on your AR15 using four Duracoat colors. Note! 3/5/2015: I have released a follow-up video to show how durable my Duracoat paint job is:    • DIY Duracoat FOLLOW-UP - USMC MARPAT Digit...   Duracoat is an extremely tough paint from Lauer Weaponry; it comes in a slew of outdoorsy and tactical colors (and some insane Bloomberg-friendly neons) that dry flatter than anything I've ever seen. If your goal is to make a rifle or other piece of equipment less apparent in the great outdoors, then a Duracoat camouflage job is a major step up from Krylon or Rustoleum. My goal with this rifle was to re-create the Marine Corps' MARPAT Woodland Digital camouflage pattern, which works extremely well in Eastern Oklahoma. Necessary supplies: 1. Air Brush 2. Air Compressor (and possible a Regulator) 3. Measuring Spoons 4. Engine Degreaser or Brake Cleaner 5. Laquer Thinner 6. Painter's Mask 7. Eye Protection 8. Impermeable Gloves 9.
