DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FLY YOUR DRONE AND DRIVE AT THE SAME TIME. I did not know at the time that this was a huge mistake. I was not holding the remote the entire time the drone was in the air. I did glance at the screen a couple of times. I have since made two more videos similar to this with my wife driving my truck on offroad trails. This was not a video I had planned on making. I had many people asking me questions about the process of setting up and using Active Track 3.0. It seems that some people are having problems with the drone following them. I will show you all of the connections, camera settings, drone settings, and everything I do to use and video with the drone. I took the drone to the Orange County Great Park. I will launch the drone and have it follow me around in my truck. I will also push the speed limit of the drone to the test. Trace Mode and Parallel Mode are the two Active Track choices when using the sensors. One, if you read the title, is able to follow at much greater speed. I hope this video will solve any problems anyone is having. If you are worried about your drone crashing, watch the scene where the sensors stopped the drone from smashing into a light pole at 15 mph. Please be careful anytime you are using Active Track. I have been told by several people that using Parallel Mode can increase the chances of a drone crash. GET INSURANCE.
