We finish our Not So Overland trip in Hobart! Even without hiking all the kilometres, a slow weekend calls for good food, coastal drives, and a little island magic. From wandering the bustling Salamanca Markets to indulging in a beautiful dinner at Aloft Restaurant, this trip was all about soaking in Tasmania’s charm at an easy pace.
