If I do a video on music from some other country (which seems bound to happen at some point), then I think it’ll still be different from this one and the Japanese one. I really enjoyed learning about the general history of a country surrounding its music, but largely going through stuff chronologically to tie that all in is a bit constraining. I’d like to try and make it more fluid than that or the Japanese video structure. But ultimately for as much as I’ll find to nitpick after being with this video for half a year, I am happy with the amount of information that’s organized here after having dug through and researched so much to reach that point. I hope this helps others who were curious about this area of music.
