Made with fragrant basmati rice, marinated paneer cubes, and aromatic spices, this dish is perfect for festive occasions, family dinners, or weekend indulgence. In this video, you’ll learn step-by-step how to prepare restaurant-style Paneer Biryani at home. Serve it hot with raita, salad, or papad for a complete meal that everyone will love. ________________________________________ 🥘 Ingredients: For the rice: • 2 cups Choice of rice (soaked 30 mins) • 4 cups water • 2–3 cloves • 2–3 cardamom pods • 1 bay leaf • 2-3 Black Paper • Salt to taste For the paneer marinade: • 200 g paneer cubes • ½ tsp turmeric powder • Salt to taste For the biryani masala: • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped • 1–2 green chilies, slit • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 1 tsp biryani masala powder • 1 tsp poppy seeds • 2 tbsp oil or ghee • Fresh coriander & mint leaves for garnish • Saffron strands soaked in warm milk (optional) ________________________________________ 👩🍳 Method: 1. Cook basmati rice with whole spices until 80% done. Drain and keep aside. 2. Marinate paneer cubes with turmeric and salt. 3. Heat oil/ghee, sauté onions until golden, add tomatoes, chilies, and Poppy seeds. 4. Add marinated paneer and cook until flavours blend. 5. Layer rice and paneer masala alternately in a heavy-bottomed pan. 6. Add Required water, coriander, and Ghee. Cover and cook on dum (low flame) for 10–15 minutes. 7.
