The Grumman F9F Panther was an early carrier based jet fighter with single engine and straight wings. It was extensively used during the Korean War by U.S. Navy and Marines. The kit is from 2007 and appeared in several variants. Trumpeter offers good quality, crisp details, good fit and a fair price, making it a great option for both beginners and experienced modelers.
