I’d figured that I’ll make this video just because I logged into my SendJim just to check on everything and there’s some cool stuff happening so I’d share. SendJim, this is the web interface. SendJim integrates with Service Autopilot as well as some other CRMS. Here is Reports and this is the activity that’s actually happened.What we have here is the mailing name is review postcard. We send out surveys to ask, to see if the customer is happy with the work. If they are happy with the work, we contact them a number of raise to ask them to raise an online review. They’re getting voicemails through SendJIm.This postcard is through SendJim. The postcard portion of request and review.This postcard will go out to these clients who are happy on the survey. It only goes out a maximum of one time per year and it sends them, it creates—it has a QR code here for 25 dollars if they are for a friend or 10 dollars if they write an online review. When they go to refer a friend, it has a form they can fill out to refer a friend. When they write an online review, when they scan this QR code, it goes to the website, our website where it has links to the various review sites: Google, Facebook, Yelp, where they can then write an online review. The other thing we’re doing is that went out recently,we call it March 1st to April 15th, we do a spring clean-up special. We run specials throughout the year and we basically have marketing themes. During spring clean-up season, which is during the spring, March 1st to April 15th, when a spring clean-up is completed, it’s going to send five postcards to the closest neighbors and in Service Autopilot Automations, you have the options of sending to the nearest five or the nearest nine neighbors. We send it to the nearest five neighbors so as the clean-up is completed, it will send postcards to the nearest five neighbors. Additionally, we send out this mailing to all the clients who do not currently have a spring clean-up. It’s very targeted direct mail campaign, it’s not like EDDM or anything like that. It’s only mailing to your clients list. You do not currently have enrollment in that service. That’s really where SendJim has this power with these postcards because they are not the cheapest direct mail, but they are very targeted direct mail. Once April is completed we start pushing our lawn mowing service and we run all these postcards, all these same marketing campaigns. We run this across our Facebook marketing with the same theme. We sent out email blasts about the same theme and these postcards, obviously, about the same theme. We are always throughout all of our marketing channels and yard signs as well. This is the five round follow-up card, so I realized that we’re—you know, it generally speaking, the rule of thumb is you want to hit custody customers. Customers need to be hit in seven different ways before they respond to any marketing. They may see your truck. They may get your postcard. They may get it on your email list, door hangers, etc.I realized that we’re—the people who are doing the spring clean-ups for and we’re mailing their neighbors. They are going to get our mown postcard down the road, but we weren’t sending any follow ups. I started sending these follow up cards out so they’re at least getting it twice, so these are—these handwritten cards right here which I just noticed is getting cut off, so I had to redo it, but these custom handwritten cards are mailed out. The computer actually has like a pen that actually. It’s not like those printed handwritten cards, but these go out to the neighbors as a follow up on these postcards that we are mailing to them. We’re hitting them a second time they think it’s, you know, personal, obviously. I know there are some free ones in the marketplace as well, you’re saying this people, once you send out an estimate, you’re following up with them because you’re going to get higher close rates when you follow up on estimates. We are sending, not only we are emailing the follow up text and the follow up, but voicemail bombs through SendJim is just another way to attack people, another angle to hit them to make sure you get an answer out of them on yes or no. This is our spring voicemail bomb so like I said, the spring clean-up voicemail bombs are going out to, you know, during this marketing theme, anyone who doesn’t have a spring clean-up on our clients list is getting a voicemail bomb emails, postcards, etc.
