Robert M. Kotloff, M.D., Chairman, Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Cleveland Clinic, and Professor of Medicine Emeritus at the University of Pennsylvania, presented "Lymphangioleiomyomatosis: A Tale of a Mother, a Child, and an Orphan Disease" at University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on October 23, 2014. The talk focused on understanding the clinical and radiographic manifestations of LAM and the differential diagnosis of cystic lung disease, the molecular pathogenesis of LAM that has led to targeted drug development, and learning about the current treatment options for LAM.
