Jo Alexander's Health & Social Care has spanned almost 25 years, and she has worked across the sector in a variety of roles from Support Worker to Registered Manager and more recently in Social Care Business Development. She has been privileged to provide support for individuals from small children with life limiting conditions, young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Needs, people with complex care needs and Older Adults living with Dementia and fortunate to have worked in a variety of settings including independent hospital services, residential & nursing care, supported living and domiciliary care. Most recently she has worked with providers and organisations to support development plans. Jo now works as an Independent Business Development Consultant, supporting the Registration and Start-Up of new services joining the sector, Bid Management & Tender Writing Services, coaching and upskilling others to consolidate and expand their businesses.
