Hello, Elephant Bush or Portulacaria Afra plant is very easy to propagate, there are 2 ways to propagate: Stem Cuttings and Leaf Cuttings. Propagation by stem cuttings is very easy, It'll root very well under the right conditions. The best time to propagate is during the active growing seasons which is in Spring and Summer. In this video I'll show you how I propagate my Elephant Bush from cuttings. I chose the healthy stem, used the clean shears to cut just below the node and just allow the wound to dry out for a few days before planting. After I planted, I kept them in a shade area where they can get the morning sunlight. It'll started to root in a few weeks.
